Maisie is a Licensed Psychotherapist experienced in working with clients from an attachment perspective.

Maisie is the founder and CEO of One Accord Consulting, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. She earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

With her experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Human Resources Director, she has witnessed how workplace stress can result in mental health issues including anxiety, depression and PTSD for leaders and employees.

There seems to be a need for connection between leaders and employees in order to experience more satisfaction at work, which would result in being more productive and improved customer satisfaction. With my experience, my goal is to help corporations establish and maintain systems that promote team connection and achieve high performance.

As human beings we all have the need to connect in a healthy environment; to feel a sense of belonging. It’s just how we are created. Her goal is to combine her experience to create secure connection in the workplace. Happier employees are more productive, which results in improved customer satisfaction.
